Starting in 2007 two committees formed with the task of honoring our Alumni by recognizing them for their achievements. The areas were for athletic accomplishments (while at OHS), or for their exemplary life-long work after graduation.
Each year there is an induction ceremony where these alumni are presented a plaque and invited to give a short speech. The ceremony is late Saturday morning on alumni weekend. The plaques are displayed in the high school down the hallway across from the main office. To nominate someone use this Wall Of Distinction nomination form. Nominations are due by Jan 31 each year.
Deadline for submitting nominations: All nominations must be received by January 31 of the initial year in which the application will be reviewed.
Nominations received after this date will be reviewed the following year.
