I am honored to be selected as this year’s Alumni of the Year. I became a member of the OHS Alumni Association almost 15 years ago and, like many of our members, Mr. Tony Drago “encouraged” me to not only join the Association but to serve as an Officer, be involved with various committees, support our mission and to participate with planning alumni weekend events. Watching our scholarship program for graduating OHS Students expand, seeing our membership grow and having more members volunteer their time and efforts has made my involvement with the Association extremely rewarding.
When I look at the list of Prior Alumni of the Year, I am grateful and proud to be included with those individuals whose dedication, hard work and accomplishments have made our Association what it is today. Your involvement will make a difference too, please consider what you can do now and for the future of our wonderful organization.
I thank the Association for this honor and I look forward to seeing you during alumni weekend.
